Accountant

Main Responsibilities

• Managing import/export transactions, tax control;
• Calculate and pay taxes;
• Prepare yearly statements;
• Manage accounting transactions;
• Ensure timely bank payments;
• Prepare VAT submissions;
• Audit financial transactions and documents;
• Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly closings;
• Maintain company financial data information.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Great skills in Excel;
• Good knowledge in Latvian/English/Russian;
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting;
• Ability to meet deadlines and analytical mind;
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data;
• High sense of responsibility.
