Defining project requirements and establishing project work plans and deadlines;
Following the procedures described in Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other manuals within Technical Department;
Following the job safety and occupational health rules and standards;
Organizing the proper work of team ensuring compliance with the deadlines, goals and keeping up with the working plans;
Serve as customer primary point of contact in communicating, coordinating, and follow up for work progress, resolution of squawks according to established procedures and forms.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or minimum 5 years relevant experience and 2 years of Project Management experience;
Hold the EASA Part.66 B1 and/or B2 license;
At least 2 years experience in A/C Base Maintenance;
Must be eligible to work and live in the EU;
Ability to lead/motivate individuals and teams;
Good in English, (Russian language knowledge is an advantage);
Good communication and team working skills;
High sense of responsibility, preciseness and in a due time;
Ability to lead/motivate individuals and teams;
Strong organizational skills and be able to respond to changing or multiple work demands;
Working flexible hours, including rotating or fixed shifts;
Available for business trips if necessary.
