Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Defining project requirements and establishing project work plans and deadlines;
• Following the procedures described in Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other manuals within Technical Department;
• Following the job safety and occupational health rules and standards;
• Organizing the proper work of team ensuring compliance with the deadlines, goals and keeping up with the working plans;
• Serve as customer primary point of contact in communicating, coordinating, and follow up for work progress, resolution of squawks according to established procedures and forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or minimum 5 years relevant experience and 2 years of Project Management experience;
• Hold the EASA Part.66 B1 and/or B2 license;
• At least 2 years experience in A/C Base Maintenance;
• Must be eligible to work and live in the EU;
• Ability to lead/motivate individuals and teams;
• Good in English, (Russian language knowledge is an advantage);
• Good communication and team working skills;
• High sense of responsibility, preciseness and in a due time;
• Ability to lead/motivate individuals and teams;
• Strong organizational skills and be able to respond to changing or multiple work demands;
• Working flexible hours, including rotating or fixed shifts;
• Available for business trips if necessary.
