Sales Specialist

Tasks

  • Searching, creating and expanding customer database, attraсting new potential Customers for aviation engines repairs;
  • Communicate with Customers;
  • Processing the inquiries;
  • Participating in aviation-related events, conferences and exhibitions;
  • Interaction with the current Customers and developing successful long-term cooperation with potential Customers;
  • Monitoring and assistance the Repair Order from its placing till the finishing repair;
  • Cooperation with the other Company Departments and immediately inform team members about any changes or unforeseen issues with Order;
  • Development and expansion of Customer portfolio, ensuring continuous sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field;
  • Experience in the fields of sales and marketing;
  • Customer-oriented approach;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest tendencies in the aviation industry;
  • Being active, curious and perseverance;
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a stressful and multitasking environment;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project;
  • Desire to work hard and overtime if necessary;
  • Ability to participate in different negotiations and exhibitions.
