  • Latvia-based aircraft maintenance organization Airline Support Baltic is looking for B1 and B2 Engineers for Challenger 604/605/650 type training for a permanent contract.


    Responsibilities:

    • Carry out Line and Base maintenance work on customer aircraft including inspection, repair and modification as well as component replacements with EASA Part 145 requirements and Company procedures;
    • Maintain the Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC);
    • Maintain aircraft at the highest quality standards in a cost and time-effective manner in compliance with the applicable regulations and internal procedures with consideration of human factors;
    • Coordinate in relation to staff levels, tooling, equipment and materials in order to accomplish aircraft on-time with the highest quality standard;
    • Supervise and support mechanics and other assistants in the team;
    • Maintain all tools and equipment to required standards;
    • Update maintenance records and other paperwork in compliance with the regulation;
    Requirements:
    • Valid EASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 categories Aircraft Maintenance License and Challenger 604/605/650 type training;
    • 2 years of work experience in aircraft base maintenance and repair;
    • Able to demonstrate a log book of 6 months certifying or 100 days combined aircraft maintenance experience of A320FAM in the past 2 years;
    • Previous borescope and engine run approval would be an advantage;
    • Good knowledge of English;
    • Right to live and work in the EU;
    • Valid medical certificate;
    • Good computer skills (Microsoft package);
    • B category driving license;
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
    • Skills to learn and willingness to grow within the company;
    • High sense of responsibility;
    • Willing to travel to AOG locations on short notice, and stay abroad as required;

  • You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing the workflow within our Engine Shop. You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective engine maintenance and overhaul processes.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to create detailed project plans for engine maintenance and overhaul projects;
    • Support the development of schedules and resource allocation for projects;
    • Create and assemble the work packages including but not limited to work orders, maintenance forms, inspection forms, service bulletins, checklists, technical data and engineering orders using the company’s software;
    • Support the development of schedules and resource allocation for projects;
    • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials and parts;
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, prepare proposals, control the work ordering process, including communication with customers or project managers regarding the work scope revisions;
    • Maintain documentation of project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations;
    • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes;
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
    • 2 years of experience in aviation planning, preferably in an engine shop environment;
    • Proficient in project management tools and software;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

  • Main responsibilities:

    • Defining project requirements and establishing project work plans and deadlines;
    • Following the procedures described in Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other manuals within Technical Department;

    Main responsibilities:

    • Perform Internal company Audits according to approved Audit Plans and company procedures

    • Perform monitoring of detected findings rectification

    • Monitor and update personal data files of all organization’s staff

    • Monitor and plan the necessary trainings for company staff. Determine the need for initial and continuation trainings of personnel consistent with the work to be performed

    • Participate in the development, update company staff documentation and company procedures

    • Participate in Quality investigation when required

    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Aviation or AML holder
