    Main responsibilities:

    • Create and Assembles the work packages, including work orders, task cards, maintenance forms, inspection forms, service bulletins, checklists, technical data and engineering orders using the company or customers software;

    • Ensure that aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program and instructions from aircraft/component/equipment manufacturer;

    • Control of the work ordering process, including communication with customers and check supervisors regarding the work scope;

    • Prepare aircraft release to service accompanying documents;

    • Check work packs for completeness of filling, review for discrepancies, scan and record-keeping in a manner designated by the company.


    Requirements:
    • High School graduate or equivalent (could be a student)
    • Good level of both oral and written English

  • We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our established but still growing team. You will be in charge of the smooth running of daily office operations.     Main responsibilities:

    • Organizing and coordinating business meetings, international travel, business trips and events;
