2. Airline Support Baltic performs aircraft maintenance and provides the following services (hereinafter – the Services):
2.1. Aircraft maintenance and repair;
2.2. Aircraft engine maintenance and repair;
2.3. Modernization/reconstruction of aircraft systems and interiors.
3. Scope of the Policy
3.1. This Policy defines the processing of personal data relating to all of Airline Support Baltic’s:
- 3.1.1. existing clients who are natural persons and who use Airline Support Baltic Services;
- 3.1.2. potential clients who are natural persons, with whom no relationship has been established with Airline Support Baltic and who are interested in its Services;
- 3.1.3. former clients, including those whose contractual obligations have not been fulfilled or who have agreed to receive commercial notifications after contract termination;
- 3.1.4. representatives of clients, including contact persons and legal representatives;
- 3.1.5. users of the information system and website;
- 3.1.6. natural persons involved in marketing activities.

4. Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
4.1. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).
4.2. Airline Support Baltic processes personal data:
- 4.2.1. For the provision of its Services:
- 4.2.1.1. To conclude and execute contracts, as well as to provide the Services;
- 4.2.1.2. To carry out settlements and payments;
- 4.2.1.3. For financial accounting.
- 4.2.2. To improve the quality of its Services and for business planning:
- 4.2.2.1. For client consultation;
- 4.2.2.2. For notifying and informing clients about Airline Support Baltic news;

- 4.2.2.4. To ensure administrative and accounting procedures, including information archiving.

- 4.2.3.1. To prevent and investigate breaches in the processing of personal data;

5. Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data
5.1. Airline Support Baltic processes personal data in the following cases:
- 5.1.1. When a contract has been or will be concluded between you and Airline Support Baltic. In such cases, Airline Support Baltic processes personal data for the execution of the contract or for taking actions upon request before the contract is concluded.
- 5.1.2. When the processing of personal data is necessary to comply with the legal obligations imposed on Airline Support Baltic by applicable laws. Airline Support Baltic is obliged to provide information to state institutions, comply with accounting document management obligations, and archive documents.
- 5.1.3. When the processing of personal data is necessary for the legitimate (lawful) interests of Airline Support Baltic or a third party;
- 5.1.3.1. “Legitimate interests” are rights whose exercise is permitted by law, including in connection with the contract concluded with Airline Support Baltic. Airline Support Baltic’s legitimate interests include:

- 5.1.3.1.3. Maintaining positive relationships with clients;

6. Recipients and Sources of Personal Data
6.1. Airline Support Baltic may disclose personal data to the following recipients:
- 6.1.1. Airline Support Baltic employees and authorized persons process the personal data specified in this Policy on behalf of Airline Support Baltic within the scope of their competence and assigned tasks.
- 6.1.2. Persons involved in the provision of Airline Support Baltic Services:
- 6.1.2.1. Information system consultants and the providers of their maintenance services;
- 6.1.2.2. Postal and delivery service providers;
- 6.1.2.3. Banks and other providers of settlement and financial services, as well as service providers who facilitate the exchange of information between Airline Support Baltic and financial service providers;

- 6.1.2.6. Providers of accounting services;
- 6.1.2.7. Providers of legal services;
- 6.1.2.8. Providers of debt collection services and credit information agencies;
- 6.1.2.9. Providers of security and surveillance services.
- 6.1.3. Authorized persons with whom Airline Support Baltic communicates to ensure the provision of Services or to protect its interests, as well as for other purposes mentioned in this Policy.
- 6.1.4. Law enforcement agencies, other state institutions, public figures, and similar persons, if deemed necessary or required by applicable laws (for example, law enforcement agencies, the State Revenue Service, notaries).
6.2. In addition, Airline Support Baltic may receive personal data from third parties, such as:
- 6.2.1. Cooperation partners of Airline Support Baltic;
- 6.2.2. Clients of Airline Support Baltic.
7. Retention Period for Personal Data
7.1. Personal data is processed only to the extent that it is reasonably necessary depending on the specific purpose of processing and in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws.
7.2. Airline Support Baltic retains personal data:
- 7.2.1. For as long as required or permitted by legal regulations;
- 7.2.2. For as long as the contract is in effect (if such personal data relates solely to that particular contract);
- 7.2.3. For as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing specified in Section 4 of this Policy and its subsections.

9. Data Subject (Your) Rights in Relation to the Processing of Personal Data
9.1. The rights of the data subject regarding the personal data mentioned in this Policy are as follows:
9.1.1. Right of Access:
- 9.1.1.1. The right to receive confirmation from Airline Support Baltic as to whether or not personal data concerning the data subject is being processed;
- 9.1.1.2. If Airline Support Baltic processes your personal data, you have the right to access the relevant personal data and receive information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients, the duration of personal data storage, your data protection rights, the source of the personal data, and any automated decision-making (if applicable). This information is provided in this Policy.

- 9.1.1.4. If requests are submitted electronically, Airline Support Baltic will provide the information in electronic format.
9.1.2. Right to Rectification:
- 9.1.2.1. You have the right to request that Airline Support Baltic correct any inaccurate personal data.
9.1.3. Right to Erasure:
- 9.1.3.1. You have the right to request that Airline Support Baltic erase your personal data if:
- 9.1.3.2. You withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (bearing in mind that the withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out while consent was in effect);
- 9.1.3.3. The personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Policy for which it was processed;
- 9.1.3.4. The personal data is being processed unlawfully;
- 9.1.3.5. The personal data must be erased in accordance with legal requirements.
- 9.1.3.6. The right to erasure does not apply in cases where, according to law, Airline Support Baltic is obliged to process the personal data or where processing is necessary for archiving, the exercise of public interest, statistical purposes, or for the initiation, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.
9.1.4. Right to Restrict Processing:
- 9.1.4.1. You have the right to request that Airline Support Baltic restrict the processing of your personal data if:
- 9.1.4.1.1. You contest the accuracy or lawfulness of the processing of your personal data (the restriction will apply while the dispute is being resolved);
- 9.1.4.1.2. The personal data is being processed unlawfully but you object to its erasure;
- 9.1.4.1.3. Airline Support Baltic no longer requires the personal data, but you need it in order to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
9.1.5. Right to Object to Processing:
- 9.1.5.1. You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data based on the legitimate interests mentioned in Section 5 of this Policy and on the basis of consent. However, Airline Support Baltic reserves the right to continue processing your personal data if it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms or for the initiation, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.
9.1.6. Right to Withdraw Consent:
- 9.1.6.1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data when the legal basis for processing is consent.
- 9.1.6.2. To withdraw your consent, you may use the Airline Support Baltic contact details provided in Section 3 of this Policy.
- 9.1.6.3. If you withdraw your consent, Airline Support Baltic reserves the right to restrict the provision of its services if those services depend on the existence of the respective personal data.
- 9.1.6.4. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that was carried out while consent was in effect.
9.1.7. Right to Data Portability:
- 9.1.7.1. 9.1.8. Right to Lodge a Complaint:
- 9.1.8.1. You have the right to lodge a complaint with Airline Support Baltic, as well as with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia, if you believe that your personal data protection rights have been violated. If you wish to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate, please contact Airline Support Baltic before doing so. Airline Support Baltic cares about the protection of your personal data and will provide you with the necessary support.
