    Responsibilities:

    Duties and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

    • Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts.
    • Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques.
      Interviewing shortlisted candidates.
    • Onboarding newcomers to the company.
    • Guide and advise management on HR matters.
    • Working on improving staff retention.
    • Build on the current apprenticeship scheme - build relationships with local
      universities.
    • Reporting on HR stats - absence, sickness, holidays. Making recommendations
      to improve the situation.
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships,
      build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Advise and aide in the creation of an environment that attracts, retains and
      motivates top talent.

    Skills Required:

    As the HR Manager, you must possess the following abilities:

    • Excellent Latvian, Russian and English communication skills, both verbally and in
      writing.
    • Previous HR experience of working in a fast paced environment preferable.
    • BSc/BA in business administration, psychology, social studies or relevant field;
      further training will be a plus.

    Skills Required:

  • Overview:
    Position Location – Riga, Latvia.
    Employment Status – Full-time.

    Project Manager directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines on a project of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects. PM ensures the proper work of a team following deadlines and standards. Assists in the direction of project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Overview:

    We are looking for a Junior Purchaser to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
